Promote general cooperation and support for the program clients; this may include coordinating recreational and educational activities, assisting clients with medical, familial, self-esteem, or other needs, encouraging clients to develop a community support system, mediating staff and/or client interactions, providing crisis intervention, and/or transportation. Assistant Managers for the Adult Transitional Programs assist with trauma informed supervision of residents and staff, ensure a safe and healthy living environment, perform moderate household maintenance, and are expected to be knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of the program including coordinating, implementing, and evaluating resident services.
