Responsibilities: Act as the key driver of international strategy on the marketing team by partnering closely with business operations, consumer insights, and data teams Be the Brand Marketing expert and ensure strategic and creative alignment across all consumer-facing surfaces including marketing, comms, and product Build differentiated positioning and messaging; design and oversee the execution of inspirational marketing plans to drive user growth and retention Be an expert in various testing methodologies and best practices, developing test variations based on demographic, psychographic, and behavioral insights Partner closely with business operations to evaluate business opportunities by understanding marketing sizing and business impact of new segments and develop plans to “win” those audiences Identify knowledge gaps and work with consumer insights and data teams to build a holistic view of our target segments, by deeply understanding their needs and pain points, as well as conducting competitor analysis and incorporating market trends Develop a deep understanding of user data availability and gaps. Scope out data requirements and develop business logic to enable the creation of cohesive user journeys in product and marketing channels Work closely with CRM, Paid Media, Marketing Technology, Personalization, Data Science and Product teams to create a seamless Brand on and off platform Translate business objectives into data requirements.
