Responsibilities: Creating innovative commercial marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement and demand for the products and services designed to meet our pharmaceutical customer’s needs Collaborating with Regional Marketing Program Managers, field and channel partners to analyze related competitive information, market and customer data; facilitate effective program development that meets multi-regional needs; ensure global efficacy of programs and to align execution Collaborating with segment marketing managers and marketing communications professionals to develop strategic messaging and positioning that is translated into marketing collateral, promotion and commercialization plans Performing financial analyses and building cases for programs; Identifying target audiences and offers for a program; working with marcom to develop program plans and the appropriate marcom mix; define content requirements for programs Measuring and evaluating the short- and long-term impacts and return on investment of programs. Implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement of program strategy & design, as the need arises Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent 8+ years marketing experience for entry to this level 5+ years of demonstrated results in a commercial marketing programs role Experience developing B2B marketing programs and campaigns to drive demand for products and services targeting scientists/labs in the pharmaceutical market Proven results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal focused plans that align with strategic objectives Effective project management and interpersonal skills #LI-DT1 The US pay range for this full-time position is $127,680.00 - $235,410.00/yr, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
