What You'll Do: Refine and articulate the product vision and strategy of select Delinea solutions Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on dynamic market requirements Collaborate with customers, prospects, partners as well as external/internal stakeholders to understand client needs to define and validate product requirements Work with the broader product management and engineering groups to maintain both short-term and long-term roadmap in an agile fashion and to craft user stories within product backlog Work closely with Engineering, QA, Sales Engineering, Technical Support and Professional Services to capture product needs and requirements across different technologies Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process Coordinate with the product team and end-users to deliver updates Participate in scrum meetings and product sprints Provide guidance to the marketing team on product capabilities and work with solutions engineering to ensure that internal technical roles are up to speed on the latest releases Maintain the balance between existing customer needs and innovations to drive new business What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or similar preferred Master’s degree a plus At least 5 years’ experience in SaaS, software, or IT related position. Information Security experience or a CISSP certification is a plus Experience in Windows, Active Directory, Unix/Linux, Enterprise Information Systems with specific emphasis on endpoint management Experience in SaaS delivery components – consumption and delivery models Pragmatic Marketing / Scrum Product Manager Certifications are a bonus Excellent written, oral, presentation skills; and curious attitude with a desire to collaborate with a team of first-rate engineers, designers, and other Product Managers #LI-Remote #LI Delinea Culture & Benefits: Why work at Delinea?
