Social Media Director Overview

The job of a Social Media Director is to ensure that these pages are active and the social reputation of the corporation or organization is being increased through their actions. As businesses become more and more socially oriented in their interactions with customers, it is important that they have an engaging personality; customers cannot be allowed to view businesses as cold, faceless entities. Similar marketing jobs include positions such as social media specialist.
