Creates and maintains Project Plans, Milestones, Project Dashboards, Charters/ Scope Documents, Issues, Risks, Actions and Decision logs, Stakeholder Registers, Communication Plans, Budgets, Resources and forecasting as required for each project. Overview:At the direction of the Manager, the Project Manager, plans, directs, and manages the activities of designated project(s) to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters using the IT PMO methodology.
