As such, this position will make a determination on the configuration items affected, effects on performance allocations and interfaces, impacts to manning/training, software/hardware upgrades, integrated logistics support and spares, and determine trade-offs and/or alternative solutions. The individual is expected to have an ability to read, interpret, and clearly present complex information; interact with customers, partners, and colleagues; listen well; keep the PMO Change Manager well-informed; and, resolve issues identified by stakeholders.
