Coordinate and facilitate meetings with mission stakeholders and the MFT members to develop acquisition documents for service acquisitions such as but not limited to: Multi-Functional Team (MFT) Charters, Statement of Objectives (SOO), Statement Of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statement (PWS), Technical Requirements Document (TRD), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), program schedules with milestones, develop acquisition strategies and Acquisition Strategy Panel (ASP) slides, Early Strategy and Issues Slides (ESIS), Services Requirements Review Board (SRRB) charts, Obligation & Expenditure (O&E) reports, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASPs), Market Research Reports, electronic Staff Summary Sheets (eSSS), memorandums of agreement and understanding (MOA/MOU), Inter-agency Agreements, program QUAD charts, Background Bullet Papers, decision memorandums, DD254s, source selection documents, CCaR data inputs, Program Management Reporting Tool (PMRT) inputs, contractor self-assessments, provide inputs to Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPAR) as required, Program Management Review charts, risk review charts, Baseline Execution Review (BER) charts, and Mid-year and Annual Execution Reviews (AER/MER) charts, Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCIs) Checklists, and develop Program Objective Memorandum (POM) inputs as required and other documents as required in support of the acquisition process. Assist in developing, coordinating, and executing an SRRB/RAD corporate governance structure that includes managing information requests with subordinate units, establishing a feedback loop of effective communication and requirements documentation, managing the requirements process for senior leadership insight and strategic planning purposes, reporting, planning and executing annual review meetings, and reconciling priorities with leadership coordination.
