Processing change orders, collaboration with the architect and design team as well as the construction crews to ensure feasibility of each project, conduct meetings on site with the architect and design engineer, negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors, prepare and submit project estimates to clients, must be able to understand risk management policies and procedures, must also manage budgets and poses a strong knowledge of construction materials, means and methods and equipment. 10 years of related project management experience working on federal government construction projects consisting of design-bid-build and/or design-build projects.
