What we need you to have (minimum qualifications): Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science or related discipline with 5+ years professional experience in the field completing species surveys OR High school Diploma with 9+ years professional experience in the field completing species surveys Must possess a valid individual USFWS recovery permit for summer survey activities associated with Indiana bats, northern long-eared bats, and gray bats Must have valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check Must be able to work independently in the field for extended periods of time, often times with limited mobile phone reception Must be able to traverse uneven, irregular, slippery, and steep terrain (up to 5 miles per day) with or without accommodation Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) if needed for field safety ICF is a purpose driven company with a strong culture and underlying values that prize diversity, opportunity, equality, and respect. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
